📦 What Can Be Returned?

You may return products within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must include all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Product must be in resellable condition

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Opened cosmetics, personal care, or perfume items (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or marked "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

🔁 Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

  2. Return Approval:

  4. Inspection & Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5–10 business days

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you received a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (if applicable)

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

🚚 Return Address

We will provide the appropriate return address (Colombia or UAE) based on your location when your return is approved.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

  • Items returned without prior notice may be rejected

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
